I'm buying a 2010 Eastern Ramrodder for $50. I couldn't find much information about the bike online, https://www.bicyclebluebook.com/searchlistingdetail.aspx?id=3036397

It's alright for a beginner (complete noob) or for parts. The Cranks should be full heat treated chromo cranks. Wheels should be double wall 36 hole. But possibly unsealed. Not a deal breaker but not as good as a sealed set. So for wheels, cranks, seat post, seat, stem, etc... it's a decent deal for the parts. If you are thinking of buying for a rider, it depends on your skill level. It's a Hi-tens frame & fork (probably bars too) so I wouldn't get crazy on it... especially if you are a bigger rider.

For 50 bucks if it rolls decently and tires hold air you are doing ok. Make sure there isn't rattling or grinding
