It's cheap, no doubt, but you get what you pay for. They lasted me a few weeks before the sidewalls gave out and the tread wore through the bead.
I don't even run pegs!

My Cult 2 Short
I'm thinking the Premium Products tires might be better then the kenda tires so I'm might go head and buy those.
Kenda, Continental and Cheng Shin make literally 90% of ALL TIRES out there.

Kenda makes most of the tires that most companies put out. Do you think they actually make thier own tires? It's like kmc chains. They make most chains other companies slap their own label on. Cult is the only company that actually admits who manufactures their tires, Kenda. I respect cult for being honest. I bet Kenda makes 80% of all tires out at any time. Go for it, if that's all you can afford. It's kind of like cutting out the middle man
Honestly 5 bucks even for a short term spare is NOT a bad idea to have.
I'd rock one in a pinch.

Still this. Or spend 10 and get the premium. Pick up 3 and keep a good spare around. Never know when some glass or metal slices a tire to the point of needing a trashcan.

Premium tires are awesome and the 2.25s are really fat 2.1s are perfect for not too big tires too! Id say go with premium y lasted me 6 months biking 30 miles per day to school. Awesome treads perform on terrains too
i'd get them but i'm not picky. a tire is a tire, for the most part

Ah thanks. Never tried the contacts. Was hoping you would say the K Rads.
Oh by the way watch out for Kenda when it comes to sizing. I got one K Rad in 1.95 and one in 2.1 and they were both exactly the same size when inflated. I actually put a caliper on them for height measured from the inside of the rim and then the widths of both tires while pumped to the same psi on the same rims. And the size of both was 1.95. So they looked too skinny on the bike when using one on the front. Good thing they were cheap.
Having checked out action village I would grab one of the animal tires for $12 If I was looking for a spare. They are only 1.95 but are reliable. They have the ASM on there!
