9.5" rise. 3 to 4 degree upsweep. Chrome. 30oz or less. Not too picky about backsweep, but the 10 to 12 range would be fine. Recommendations? Thanks.

I’d recommend. I’ve got 9” intrikats and I use them for just about everything (despite being a flatland specific bar).
Just a warning though s&m is out of 9” intrikats at the moment, but I’m sure flatland fuel has some.
