Element4all - Life across the pond is pretty swell right now! The weather is surprisingly sunny right now!
SickDude - Freecoasters are RAD! Honestly right now i think the Federal V3 is the best. However there are some sweet coasters coming soon. Eclat & Profile are the ones to keep an eye out for!
AndyFerly - Cannot say i have lol
TomDon - Street/Land is doing well, I have actually hung up the Benny & built up my T-1 SFA. I am currently in the process of building up a bike for exclusively Flatland as my shoulder is getting worse, i really need to take it easy & Flat is the way to go!

Adam - One day Brotha' One Day! I will get out to you or you are more than welcome to come spend a week or two in the UK!
Eskimojay - I haven't run a front brake in a few years. I do love brakes but i prefer the feel of a brakeless bike. My new Flatland Rig will have removable mounts front & back so i wont rule out running them in the future! As for Forks with mounts, There are a few i would recommend. Odyssey F25, Deco FU, Primo Strand, S&M Fast Pitchfork & Wethepeople Helium Forks are some of the best!
Brianoob - I am not riding a lot right now because of my wrecked shoulder, but my GF has just got a Macbook with the fancy editing software & me & my buddies are all putting in for a camera. There should be a Flatrail/Flatland Edit coming out early next year when i am fixed! Promise 
Zenith111 - This NEEDs to be done! Has anyone else heard of the King of Southsea competition? Effraim Catlow is holding a competition over the 3 day bank holiday weekend in August! Park, Flatland & I'm pretty sure there is gunna be a little Street Sesh going down too! Unfortunately i don't have a ride able bike right now but the UK Vital Crew WILL be riding somewhere at sometime! With the weather as crazy as it is right now, i think when the snow clears next year we'll have to wrap up warm & meet up somewhere!

My name is Jon, I live in a little village called Launton in a small town called Bicester in England. I am 25 I have had a pretty shitty time with health over the past 10 years. I had my shoulder reconstructed when i was 18 after a pretty heavy crash on my Bike. I got Epilepsy from the head injury too. At one point i was having 5 or 6 seizures a day. It got me pretty down so i was diagnosed with Depression. The Epilepsy is all under control now so i decided i would go back to work. I have worked in 4 or 5 bike shops over the years. I noticed i was in a great deal of pain moving the bikes around & i started having muscle spasms & my hand would twitch a lot. Over the last 5 years it got worse & worse until this year i was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. The Nerves in the right hand side of my upper body are wrecked. My doctor thinks that when i had my shoulder reconstructed because there were bone fragments in the joint its damaged nerves. I am taking some serious meds for it all including Morphine. ATM my Doctor is adjusting the dose i am on which sucks because right now i am in a LOT of pain. But i am hoping the pain will be kept under control with meds soon & then when i visit the Hospital they will be able to give me a more long term solution. Maybe Surgery? I don't really know. BMX is my passion, Cycling in general has always been part of my life! My cousin used to race MTBs semi professionally, he got me into riding. I got bored of MTB, messed around with Trials for a little while but it was just too expensive, my parents supported me but buying a motor home & travelling around the UK wasn't really on the cards haha. So i got myself a BMX & over the past 13 years i have just become addicted haha. Because i haven't been able to work i just studied BMX. I wanted to know more & more. I needed to know how parts were made, all the specifications everything. So that's how i am so knowledgeable when it comes to BMX. I cant really think of anything else that needs addressing haha. If there's anything in particular you want to know Ask away!
Edit: Totally Forgot, i am also diabetic haha. For about 3 months now! Have to inject insulin twice a day.
