1st, sorry for posting this here, but i am only trying to find help, and not much people look in the How-to section.
So i have my manual pretty dialed, and my 180 super-ultra-mega dialed, and i am trying to get 180 manuals. I have been practicing a few days, and i have landed one or two, but just because of luck. I cant figure out how to the carving and the hopping, can anyone explain it to me please?

Take a longer carve into it and then try kinda kicking out your backend off the hop. Hope this helps. I'm bad at explaining things.

Okay, this is a trick i always struggle with because i like my toptube longer but i can do it a lot better on a more crammed frame. When you do it, get a LOW manual. It makes it really easy because you have more room to pop and pull. You are gonna wanna almost jerk your head when you look around and pull a LOT and kinda moto-whip the backend.

Youll feel a pop on your rear wheel. Get a manual low is the main thing, pull hard, jerk your head and swing your hips a bit more.

Another thing is, you'll start to turn if you try and ease your head around, when you do turn, make sure you pop at the right point, if you don't it wont be successful. Just a slight turn really.

Good luck dude! Go out there and get it!!

Drop your shoulder, also do late 180s, like ride a very very tiny manual, then 180, or just pull up on the 180 & hold that for a split second, then do the 180, that's how I learned them.

I've totally lost my super long manuals. I never get these constant as my body never stays straight for whatever reason even though my arms and legs are straight and I really try to keep my body in align. Anyhow, for practicing manual 180's, I'd suggest carving 30-45 degrees max, depending on the situation. For flat, 45 degrees is good as you don't have much extra drop as off a curb or whatever to have more rotation time.
