There's a difference but someone can be both, depending on how the are used.

Examples :

Troll :
"Herp Derp BMX sucks and scooters are the bestest"

Keyboard warrior :
"I have 10 years of MMA experience and i can beat up every single one of you."

You can troll by being a keyboard warrior.
Some keyboard warriors are trolls and some keyboard warriors actually believe what they are saying, so technically they're not trolling.
