since your in the states idk if kijiji works there but you could just use craigslist or ebay to see if someones selling one used or email or call mutiny directly and see if you could works something out with them or their distributor

Hookjr something or whatever her name was had a good trans-colored painting tutorial as well. Her painting came out nice AF! You should find the link and put it in this thread. She didn't get every inch of the old paint off but she did use some adhesive primer or something which was pretty neat.
