So today i found out that my rear chrome rim look weird i dont know if thats how is should be or not. I got a wtp addict. What do you people think is that normal or not. Should i get a new back rim?. Not the best quality im on my phone can you people see what im talking about.

Should i get a new rim or not it looks fine to me i have not ridden it yet because it has two flats tires. Also for the furture what would happen if i keep the rim.

If you keep that rim, you're bike might explode. Replace it just in case.

It's just the paint dude. It's fine. Haha not that great looking, but it wont break or anything.

you have a pressure seal pressing against the rim caused by the tire which is shielding your tube, and a rim strip under that to give more protection, if the chrome is flaking, any chrome that could cause the tube to pop would be already inside the rim, with little to no ware in that section of the rim, on the other side of the tire, a high pressure seal is pushing against the chrome keeping it in place and creating a seal.....
Nothing will happen to your tube, Collin's just Trolling you...
try this, Get some chrome polish, polish up your rims, and get some high gloss clear coat rustoleum and give it a few coats of clear. should help minimize the flaking, and keep your rims from starting to rust.

Thanks dude about time someone give a good answer on what to do. I can buy that stuff from walmart but how would i put the stuff on the rims taking the rim off the bike then what to do after that whole rim is like that. It a really good rim it a salt.

happened to my primo rim. they said theyd warrenty it still though aha. but then my dad threw it away coz it looks fucked coz of the chrome.................................... i was pretty pissed aha

Eddie-I dont know if the guy before me had an warrenty on the bike. Could i still register the bike and get a new rim? Should i just email wtp about my wheel or do what Ethan said buy that stuff. Also how would i be albe to do by talking off the rim and trie and tube to using the stuff to clean it.

Id just hit up wtp and say what happened, maybe don't mention its second hand and see what they say. Worst than can do is say no 
and as the effects are completely aestetic then you don't have to rush to sort it, so yeah, email them, see what they say (its a complete so you might not have much luck) and go from there

It a wtp addict i email wtp about the year of the bike so how many email can send them. It not a complete just the frame rims cranks headset the chain and i dont know about the sporcket. But it mostly have other parts on it. I will email wtp after i get my first email.
