I keep unscrewing and putting it back together every freackin week ..how to make it stay still

undo your stem bolts not the ones that clamp down the bars the ones that camp round your fork steer tube and tighten down your compression bolt as tight as you want it align your bars then tighten your stem bolts up again smile

We need more information if you want help
Integrated or standard?
What stem and forks do you have?
Do you have enough spacers?
Etc.
You can't expect anyone to tell you how to fix it when we know nothing about your parts.
