Nasty Vibrating Noise

My friend had this and its actually your front rim being too tight in a certain point I believe. Try take it off or get a spoke wrench and fuck with it until it goes away

hold your front wheel to the fork and hit it against the ground and see if it still does it, I bet almost anything it's the front hub being slightly loose. A lot of front hubs with press on hardware I've seen have that problem

No noise when I do that, is there anyway to fix this? if it helps earlier today I tried to get my hubguard off to try and see if that was the problem but when I pulled on the guard the axle and the bearing that the guard was on came out.

One more thing is that my lbs happens to be Empire so if I need some sort of spacer or anything just let me know and I can try it out

Got the axle out but the guard and bearing came with it haha

Chances are, your center axle is just a TAD bit longer than your hubshell/hardware. Try spinning your hardware/press fit hubguard with the wheel tightened down and see if they move. If so, your center axles too long. You could try filing your center axle but be careful, only a little bit at a time until it works. If you file too much, your hardware will get pressed into the bearings and keep your wheel from fully spinning. This
is why I hate pressfit hubs. The center axle and hardware have to sit perfectly even with eachother for everything to work properly. I would just take it to empire, and I would imagine theyd give you an all new center axle if you bought it from them. Or maybe your hardware is too short.

And set the guard onto something with an opening big enough for your axle to fall into, and use a socket to hammer the axle out of it.

place the edges of the guard on something with an opening in the middle so the axle sits there & can fall out, then screw one of the bolts in at least 1/2 of the way into the axle, then tap the head of the bolt & the axle will move down & allow the guard to slide off.

I hate aluminum press on shit, the axle/guard deform pretty quickly. Chromoly center axles/guards rule
