so when i tighten my chain i pull my wheel back and tighten it and when i'm done i turn my cranks like 90 degrees my chain is a little loose and when i turn it back to where i had it before it is tight. what is wrong? :/

Definitely sounds like a Bent Sprocket, or you're missing the Sprocket Adapter.

I think it is the adapter because when i put the sprocket on my spindle with the adapter i have i can wiggle it a little bit. I took this adapter off my old sprocket because i have 22mm cranks and my mds i think only came with a 19mm adapter so it doesn't fit (i have 22mm cranks). I might have lost the 22mm one that "came" with my mds but i think it just didn't come with one.. lol it's annoying.
