Does anyone know the race size of the spinner pro model I want to change out my cranks the parts on it are crap but the frame is decent but I don't know what bearings fit in it I have a 19 mm bearings along with crank set as well as a 22 mm bearing and crankset but if either won't work I'll have to buy another bearing set and get a new frame

The 19mm/22mm dimension is the size of the inner bore where the crank spindle goes through; it's nothing to do with the frame. What you need is an American(that's the name of the size, not the country of origin) bottom bracket, just from looking at the few images on a quick google search.

Yeah I got both odyessy 19 and 22 mm mid brackets do you know where I could get a adapter or am I stuck having to buy another bracket

I think what you mean is, You have a couple of mid bottom brackets and a frame that requires an American bottom bracket.
I'm unaware of anywhere that sells the cups without the bearings but there may be somewhere. Edit: Yeah, p1p1092, I didn't look hard enough. Lol
