I'm 6 foot 3 215 pounds (could stand to lose about 15 pounds of beer fat) riding some 8.65 bars, also planning on upgrading to some taller 4 piece bars. I'm set on the cult cuatros for a couple reasons...the 4 degrees of upsweep and the 29 inch width, whereas most bars are 28 inches wide and I have a broad chest and shoulders and the extra inch of width couldn't hurt. I'm going to go with the 10s...even though the 8.65s I currently have don't feel THAT small for me...I'm imagining the taller bars will feel more natural and if the 10s are too high I'll just flip my stem. I ride a 21.5 top tube if that info is of any value and am a beginner (can hop 30 inches of boxes, 180, crankflip but thats it so far only 2 weeks in rode a 2000 GT performer from 10-12 before losing interest to team sports and the last year have been riding a 29er on singletrack, just a reference to my non expertise).
So if you are interested in the wider width or want to go either 9 or 10 inch rise, the cult cuatros fit your bill.
If 9.5 is what you want and don't need the extra inch of width the 4 pieces another member posted before would fit the bill.
Another 4 piece are the daily grind century bars...8.85 rise 28.25 width and 5 degrees upsweep...interesting numbers..I think they're made in the US too if that sorta thing matters to you.
*edited because I erroneously thought the cuatros also came in 9.5, they come in 8.something 9 and 10.
