You said that you wanted to ride street right? I wouldnt get those hubs, id get more peg oriented hubs, like gsports.
And id get a more street oriented frame, 13-13.5 chainstay, steeper ht angle 74.75-75.75.

and thats where i get lost i have no idea what the differences in chainstary or headtube angles mean....

I'd get different bar ends. The Odi grips are good, but those are the stock bar ends that come with Longnecks. Honestly, they suck monkey nuts. I would probably suggest Par ends.

Looks great but maybe get some odyssey forks (r25 or r32 will work) and my odyssey twisted pedals lasted for about a month when i had them.....maybe get some stolen thermalite sp pedals, i have some and their great. I doubt the forks or pedals in your cart would give you trouble though sense you are just beginning.
