So nike obviously has a pretty stacked bmx team, why don't they display bmx as a sport on their website, or even make signature shoes for some of the riders? I bought some Kostons but they suck ass for riding (Vans for life haha). If they made i bmx specific shoe that heir whole team wore i'd buy it for sure. What about you guys? I know most of you probably hate nike though haha.

Eric Koston's shoes were made specifically for skateboarding, so that was probably a poor decision on your part.
I am kind of surprised that there hasn't been any BMX pro-model shoes from them though.

All of their other shoes used for bmx were made for skateboarding aswell.

Ugh. As much as I despise big corporate entities, the last thing you want is them to say f it, we're out.
Prime example Would be rollerblading. Look what happened to it when the money left. It barely scrapes by as an underground sport...

I'm riding dc pure txs right now they where like 25 bucks when I baught the with another pair of vans......I always have a couple pairs of vans but the dcs are doing well for riding surprisingly I won a pair of dcs before at a contest and I didn't care for them .....can't go wrong with vans though.......had one pair of Nike 6.0s can't remember the name, they where ok

I ride a pair of Low lakais now.
Seems to be stronger than my hightop morgan mids 6.0
But now at least my shoes only cost me 28 bucks a pop for most vans, DC's, and Nike 6.0's, because i buy my stuff at the swapmeet.
Still, the best shoes I've ever had were these Vans hightops.

Rollerblading had an xgames and that's been gone for a while so scootering should take over
