I have a Haro 100.1 series or 100 series and i was wondering if this tire will fit my fork on my bike. Please help me, its a 1 1/8" Hi-Ten threadless fork, i looked it up online??

Measure the width of your fork where the tire would be widest, and see what you come up with. I would suggest having around a 1/4 inch space on either side or so, to make sure you have room for a wobble.
