Looking into some forks. Was kind of set on some R32's but I can get these lot at a good discount at the minute, is there much difference? Should I stick with my gut and get the R32's or should I get something else or one of these:

Sunday Moning V2.1
Primo Kamikaze V3
Verde Regent
Verde Cartel2
Kink New Empire

Sunday Morning 2.1 forks are quite different from the newer Odyssey R-Series fork though, but yeah.

If you're getting the Sunday forks brand new with a warranty card, I'd get those. If you do manage to break them, they'll warranty it and likely give you the Octave forks as a replacement which are similar to the Odyssey R-Series fork.

If not, then get the Odyssey forks. The other forks aren't even worth bothering with. inb4 anti-Odyssey club.

If you want a 32 mm fork the odyssey will be a great choice, it´s strong.
I don't know about tire clearance but I had personnaly change my fork because of that, mutiny wands 33 mm offset, clearance for 2.6" tyres, good stuff !

Thanks for the input. I reckon I'll give the Sunday a go, the should come with warranty, so not too worried on that. I will just check the tire clearance though, don't suppose anyone knows?

I ride r25s which I got off mate and they easily have enough clearance for 2.3" which I run. I reckon a 2.4" is the max you'll fit on them. Great forks, but its upto you. Read around and see what tickles your fancy

Warranty is always a plus though, I haven't paid for forks since I first bought my Morning 2.1 forks back in January 2009... went through 2 pairs of them and am on the Octaves now from warranty, that's at least almost in the $300 range I've saved.

I know for a fact they clear Fit FAF 2.25 tires which have an inflated width of 2.36" (60mm) so there's that at least.

Thats good to hear. Looking at running 2.3 max at the minute anyway, so should be OK.

Ended up getting the Sunday Mornings. Came with the Guarantee, so if that holds up seemed a no brainer.
