I think I would rather be short than tall when it comes to bmx honestly. Being tall almost requires a long, unresponsive frame, a raised seat which gets in the way, big ass bars which also take away responsiveness, and other shit. Not to mention a bike built like this will be a few pounds heavier which can make a difference in some cases. So basically, being tall gives you
heavier bike
heavier person
less responsive bike
Im 6'1" and hate being this big when I ride
All I have to say to you is quit your bitching and go ride the bike mommy bought for you. Nobody gets on a bike and starts doing flip whips. Practice makes perfect. If youre not having fun on your bike and would find scooters more fun, then follow that path regardless of what people think of you.
