I have been running four pegs for a few weeks now but I haven't been doing many oppo grinds because my chain was so brittle, it would break too easily. On Friday, I got a new chain and I started trying oppo feebles. Getting on isn't the problem, it's staying on that I can't seem to do. My back peg always slides off the ledge and then I do like a front side disaster type of thing. Obviously, this isn't my goal and I hate when it happens.

I've tried almost everything guys. More speed, less speed, pulling my front tire over more, pulling it over less, leaning towards the ledge more, leaning over less. Everything that I think could be contributing. What am I missing?

I've had this problem before. try leaning in and be on less or a angle. It seems like your tire is pushing you off.
Hope this helps a little

Keep your weight over your pegs, make sure your tire is relatively close to the edge of what youre grinding, and ALWAYS make sure your tire is angled right (parallel with the edge) so you are moving FORWARD and not diagnol (which will bump you off and do what youre describing.)

A longer peg may also help, but I believe your main issue is that youre not keeping your tire straight.

I welded a peg to my pedal so I could do pedal grinds.

I don't have a mental block or anything, I just get of the ledge and then slip off and then feel like an idiot! Haha

Longer pegs do help i went from 4" pegs to 4.4" pegs and i've gotten alot smoother with oppo grinds. it takes awhile to get adjusted to them.

I told ya boy. haha Its just like a normal grind, dont go at an angle and kinda use the grip on the pedal to pull your peg on.
