I think it can be done, but i wouldn't know how short the spoke has to be and it will severely weaken the hub.
In real life, i'm a short Perverted Azn Man.

Radial lacing is the weakest pattern there is. That said, thi idea would probably work. You also have the option of using regular j bend spokes to do like a spiral radial lace. Send the entire left side one direction and then the entire right side the other direction

I don't think that Straight Pull spokes will work on the N4FL.
Edit: I looked it up and it could work. You would have to use crazy short spokes tho and I don't know if you can get the Tree Straight Pull spokes in a fitting length. I don't even know why you would want to do that.
If you trimmed the spokes, yes. But why waste all those perfectly good parts?

I thought the N4FL was for Jbends?
Friends have had them and that was the case. IDK about straight pull.
Why radial? That's not going to be as strong for side loads.
