lately after i get home from riding my right forearm hurts
its like a stabbing pain from my elbow to my wrist
i think its a pulled muscle
besides taking advil is there another thing i can do

stop jerking it so much and it wont hurt anymore, get a girlfriend.

stretch it and use a heating pad and you should be good in a week or so

get a "pocket gym", you know those things that are spring loaded that you squeeze to work out the lower arm. If you tweak that part of an arm stretch it the best you can and work out with the pocket gym to rehabilitate the injury. And work on being smoother and if you can spare it maybe let a little air out of you front tire.
