can any pegs fit on any bike?

Technically yes. But I doubt you wanna drill out a set of 3/8 pegs to fit a 14mm axle so just make sure you get the right size axle hole

That ^ and some forks don't have enough room to fit larger diameter pegs, so they might not work in that case, and in rare cases, axles might be too short for some pegs

Those things.

Make sure axle size matches peg hole size and that there is enough axle to fit the peg on it, also clearance for your dropouts. (Most should be fine for the dropouts)

My friend has a kink curb and stolen thermolites wouldn't fit. The axle was too short, but that was the first I've ever seen that happen.
