I am looking to ride pegs on a new rear hub hopefully being either the Profile Mini or the Primo ReMix. Which one is the better one to ride pegs on? I have heard goods and bads about both hubs on pegs and I just need some confirmation.

I prefer the sound of the Profile Mini and it is easier to get as would have to ship the ReMix in from America to get it in Red. However from reviews some people seem to think that the Profile isn't great for pegs and I can land quite hard sometimes.

I am also looking to get some new cranks in LHD as am currently running RHD and was wondering if anyone knew of some light, strong, black cranks that are around the £100 ($155) mark.

Get profiles with a steel axle if worried. I have multiple sets and they are by far the best feeling hubs Ive ever owned( ive rode many of all the major brands)

The only options I have the UK are GDH Aluminium Axles as I don't want to pay an extra £70 for titanium

There is no GDH aluminum , the GDH axle is a chromo axle.. unless if Im misunderstanding what youre saying. I say go profile as mine have always felt amazing with zero problems.

If you're worried about axle strength, go with an Odyssey Antigram. If it's down to Primo or Profile, go with the Remix, for sure.

Yep, I been on 4 pegs since the first day of riding. I have some sets with all aluminum axles and a few others with steel. All hold up with no problems . Get the chrome gdh and youll be good.

For the hub, both have 14mm male axle, so it's supposed to hold up, also protect both sides with guards and you should be fine. You seem to have a preference for the profile, so go for it.

For cranks, go for a Foundation Syndicate I personnaly ride one of these since 4 years without any problem. Same quality as some "high end" cranks sold for 150 $ and more but for 99 € (so around 70£ /110$).
And if you want even more strenght go for the BIG Brother version with a 22mm spindle for 10 bucks more.

I had advise you that crank because you are in UK, and the foundation cranks are pretty hard (or impossible ?) to find outside France, this is why I send you links to the french shop unleaded bmx, but they ship internationnal.
I would never advise that if you were in USA and if the cranks would need to accross an entire ocean before getting in your hands but UK is not too far away !
