Pissed about non-drive side hubguards..

So every single one I've been getting will somehow find a way to not fuckin work. The groove that comes out from inside the hubguard or spacer in the hubguard to make contact with the bearing is too fuckin short. And if I tighten it, the whole damn thing seizes up. I'm going to try an FBM or something but I already run a plastic DSG and that thing already has to make me stretch my frame. So that may also be another problem. I am totally out of options unless I find a LHD hub and run only 2 pegs with my current DSG on the non-drive side.

What hub are you running? When i ran my old Odyssey Cassette i couldn't run 2 guards on it. My friend has it now with an FBM guard. I think (And i say THINK) you'll be fine with something like an FBM or United. Also if you want a guards that will last A LOT longer Look at The Daily Grind guards, i don't think you can get them in the US just yet but Foundation do Guards called the East Side & West Side that are Universal & i know work very well with most hubs.

Yeah, I had a selection of universal guards but my dumbass decided to go cheap and get specific. The guy at the bike shop today showed my a BSD Jersey )Cassette #1 for Odyssey, Joytech, Revenge, Demolition, etc.), S&M Cymbal (chromoly was too expensive and it was way too wide), United Squad (I'm a dumbass for not trying it cause it looked like the FBM but better), and of course the FBM, which I thought was lower than the United Squad which I still Didn't get. I always get freakin buyer's remorse nonstop....

Front and rear too? Lucky mofo.. I really wish I could run 4 guards but I can only run 2 and that's only if I'm luck too. My front hub sucks and there's a guard made for only one side so I'd have to run a gayass Gsport Gland on the other side of my oppo grind side of my front hub.

Gay ass gland. You sir are a douche bag.

Depending on the frame I have been able to run a united and a dsg at the same time. Just be a man and stretch that fucker

I'm a punk bmxer, I can't do it well so I do it loud.

The thread-on BSD Jersey I got was meant to be tightened just like a regular cone but I can't do that since the groove is too short and I literally tighten down on the hub shell as well and seize up the whole damn thing. And if I leave it even the tiniest bit loose so the wheel can run, it'll wobble the slightest bit and you can hear it echo and it drives me nuts and will ruin my hub.

Get the non-thread on one. I had one for my old profile hub, it acted like the FBM, BUT did not take up extra axle space. Fit like a dream and worked great! Otherwise figure out how much space you have if you pull off a lock nut, and look into the demolition rear guard that threads on. Mine has been awesome so far!

Nonbody understands me till I show them the "groove" on the spacer for the hubguard or actually inside of the hubguard that makes contact with my bearing. It's just too short and if I tighten it, the outside of the guard or spacer just rubs again the hub shell and will tear it apart. I could take tons of photos, but my computers can't upload to Vital anymore for some reason. I could've had this problem solved ages ago by now......
