i googled "Philippines bmx distribution" and found this. http://www.flipbykes.com/
give 'em a call, tell 'em what you need, and ask 'em to ship it to you. i dont know if they still do, but Odyssey used to make cogs for 2 pc cassettes. these guys sell odyssey so they might be able to help you

That is shimano spacing for the cogs. See if your local MTB shop has a SHIMANO cog. OR any brand that fits SHIMANO.
