Does anyone know if the premium spline drive cranks are good or would i be better off getting the bolt drive ones?

I would personally get Bolt drive cranks regardless. You can still run a spline drive sprocket but you will always have the option of bolt drive. Never know. Might break your sprocket and get stuck using the homies old sprocket for a while.
