My next stem is gonna be the profile push stem. It looks similar to the salvation but is more rounded and looks cleaner

Honestly? Who gives a shit. Its the fucking internet. I hate all of you equally.

Primo - 7075-T6, medium rise

Cult - 6061-T6, high rise

The primo is literally a tank of a stem. I doubt there is a stronger one on the market other than its ancestor, the Casket which was just a solid brick of aluminum. However, if your bars dont have deep knurling, they will slip CONSTANTLY due to it being made out of 7075. Im sure the Cult is decent, but fuck Cult. Im not a fan of them and wouldnt rep their name on my bike.

I love my Odyssey SXTN and my Profile Push held up great for a long time.

I don't really like the look of the profile.
What do you guys think of the Fit Bike Co BF StemPhoto

You can't really go wrong with most aftermarket stems these days. (Including the BF stem you just mentioned)

Just a quick note - the Profile stem uses 1/4" (standard) allen bolts, so don't use your 6 mm on it if you get one!

Im gonna go with the primo. Just something about the look of it. And the fact that its a "tank".

|

Out of those, I would go for the BF.

The Primo is definitely not a tank. I've seen a huge amount of them crack and break. Yes, it is 7075, but there is a huge amount of machining inside and out. Plus, the diagonal clamping is so stupid... it's literally backwards. There is LESS thread contact with the Primo, exactly the opposite of what you want.

The best stem you can get, at least in my opinion, is the Odyssey Lincoln. $50 on Empire, super simple 3 bolt installation, clean and knee friendly back side, forged so it's stronger, and under 10 ounces. Plus, Odyssey will take care of you if you have any problems.
