It gets uneven with the bars pretty quickly, any ways to fix this? I am guessing it has to do with the stem. But my stem bolts are tight.

Unbolt the two pinch bolts at the rear of your stem evenly. Then tighten your fork bolt. Not too tight, enough where there is no play and your headset spins with little to no friction. Then line up your bars and stem to its even with the fork and re-tighten the two pinch blots evenly and fairly tight. This should fix it. If thats what your problem is.
You dont have to tighten your fork bolt if there is no play, but it doesn't hurt to dial in your headset. Doesn't hurt to grease those bolts either! Maybe theres something wrong with how your stem clamps? Try taking your stem off and see if theres anything inbetween the stem and the steerer tube? Maybe there was a machining defect? Look for imperfections!
Hope this helps!
