Is this a good idea? The current frame i am looking at is made out of 7000 series aluminium. Its a DK Professional. Will this handle give or take 13 stone at a park or will it not handle being slammed?
- Thanks

Full chromoly or at least TT and DT. There are guys selling great full Cromo frames in the For sale section for great prices.

The Geometry is not exactly park friendly unless you just want to fly/speed over stuff and be real stable in the air.
Thing about aluminum race frames is, they are made to be pretty stiff, they do not give/flex like steel does. So after time the aluminum frame will fatigue.
Terrible idea. Get a 4130 chromoly frame.

if you dont have any money for anything else, and you dont use it for racing, i guess you can ride it til you can get something proper. not sure how long itll last, especially with how hard a person rides

It's still aluminum, which is aimed for light, stiffness and speed. You need to be VERY smooth to run alloy at a park and not risk damaging it. Plus they can't really handle pegs, typically they are set for 3/8ths (10mm ish) axles.
Get something steel, ideally 4130 Chromoly. It will handle the abuse park and other forms of freestyle tend to dish out WAY better than aluminum.
