Yesterday i was working on double pegs and after a few grinds i realized that the grind side bolts were loose so i went home and tightened them and now my front is hub is making a weird rattling noise even though the bolts are tightened to no extent. What is this noise and how can i fix it?!

I think a bearing fell loose. See if you can get a bearing kit

Your cone nuts came loose after your axle nuts came loose. If your axle is cheap, it will soon bend as well. Best thing to do is get a new hub or build a whole new wheel, sealed and everything of course.

^^ I guess this is BMX these days, an easily fixable problem and you all just tell him to buy him new Parts. Yes, unsealed Bearings aren't the best, but all he needs to do is tighten up the cone nuts.

OP, tighten the nuts inside the dropout. Afterwards tighten the nuts on the outside as your wheel will become loose when you tighten the lock nuts.
