Do you guys think this hubguard would be okay to stick on my newer wheel. I think the hubguard is the S&M cymbaal and the wheel is a shadow conspiracy. I ended up ruining the rear hub on my last wheel trying to get into grinds. Also, do you guys have any pegs/peg types you would suggest? I know the axles are different from the last set of wheels I was using.Photo

Pegs are pegs. I prefer metal because they just feel more natural and last longer but slide slower (unless you use a Fuck ton of wax). Plastic on the other hand slides fast and is silent but doesn't last as long as metal. Avoid alumium they stick rather than slide.

Word. What do you think of the metal pegs with plastic sleeves? I just want to mess around to see which is more comfortable without spending an arm and a leg

One last question, how do I tell what the axle size is again? Normally i'd just google it but I don't know what kind of wheel I have in the front.

Is 3/8 just the go to peg size for any axle? I actually haven't been riding much this summer, been busy with work. Once I get my tires in and these pegs I'll definitely be around more

for a rear male axle (what you have) it'll require a 14mm peg.
some female/shemale/racing rear wheels will have 3/8" bolts but yours doesn't.
and drop me a line on here or wherever when you're around. i've been rolling around a bunch of spots with flexte from here, would be cool having more people cruising!
