well paint stripper will take off the spray paint but the hub might be anodized under the spray paint so you might have to use oven cleaner too

so oven cleaner or paint stripper? or paint stripper first.. then oven clean it?

paint stripper first then oven cleaner

The paint stripper will work on the spray paint but not on the original anodized paint on the hub but the oven cleaner will remove it

Whatever combo you use make sure you keep the oven cleaner issolated from other chemicals.......you dont wanna go killing yourself with accidental chlorine gas now
