Roof Jumps!

Biggest Drop : 3 foot down x 1 foot across.

Worst injury : Hopping a small gap over a hedge (from a parking lot, over a curb and a hedge to the road) hit my front tire, faceplanted.

How big is too big : When I feel that I need a helmet

Well, I jumped this with a friend of mine



Probably 7 feet high or so, wasn't too bad.. Just when I rode off the roof my stomach dropped like the feeling you get on a roller coaster haha

and I bunnyhopped over this curb, to flat. Not landing in the little bank you see



I wanna say that was 7 or 8 feet, and this I actually had to bunnyhop because of the curb behind it. Was scary as fuck but didn't hurt too bad to land

My biggest drop... a stair set vid is on my insta @Swellyrides profile is public no need to follow. Kinda scary when you go for the drop and you see how high off the ground you are... haha yes it feels like a roller-coaster

My biggest drop was about 5-6 feet tall to a steep bank on a hill with 8 inches of suspension on a DH bike.

On a bmx? about 3 feet. lol

Biggest successful drop was probably this one roof that I did into grass or a drop that is like 5.5-6 feet tall. I didn't successfully do the 8-10 foot roof that Max is talking about though. If your foot hits the ground, it doesn't count.

I've dropped further on my mountain bike than I have on my 20" so far.

SundaybmxRR, that drop is the 2nd pic is sick. Wish that was around me. I'd hit that shit all day..hahaha

biggest I've done on purpose is a stairset in leamington spa, at least 14 stairs its one of those ones with fairly big stairs as well, the thing is huge. Didn't ride away though, slipped both pedals when i landed and crashed into the wall next to it haha

6 set is my biggest. I am yet to find an 8 set near me but the next one up is a 12 with a rail 5 ft after the landing.

10 stair back in the day, landed it but didn't like it. Wasn't fun for me.

Tireride to 10ft drop to face = concussed to fuck, fractured eyebrow lol

Yeah man. Can't be wearing a helmet or else it'll ruin your swag.

No idea what my biggest drop is... Though theres an awkward as fuck one ill try soon, hopefully this summer.....


Worst injury....... Been pretty lucky tbh, just nasty ass cuts and bruises.. Probably my first summer of riding, trying footjam wailtips, bike jack knifed and i fell straight onto my bar end (one of the times i had some!), full weight onto my chest, seriously winded me and was a nasty bruise after.....

And no idea whats too big, i havent had the experience to know!

I did a 2.5m by 2m gap roof drop a while back. I fell the first try and got up again and just sent it. lol it gave me whiplash. I t was a cycling clubs roof so I posted too their wall and they put stones on it to stop me doing it again lol.

Biggest drop was probably overshooting a dirt jump to flat, maybe 8 ft from the peak of air to the flat bottom. lol
Worst injury was when I broke my collarbone at my local skatepark. I had dead hop off the table top and nose cased the lip of the landing, sending me to flat bottom and breaking my collarbone. I rode my bike home and had my mom drive me to the hospital. xD

I still get sketched out at my school's 6 to 4 set. There's a spot in between the sets but if you overshoot it, you'll case the fuck outta the 4 set. Only like 3 known people have gapped the whole entire thing, which equals more than a 10+ set, obviously. You can see in this video @ 0:06:

Mine is probably about 4 feet down, a few feet out. I never cared for drops.

Worst injury was destroying my shoulder. It was a bad time.

Too big is really anything that hurts to land. Getting old sucks, work out to stay ahead of the pain guys.

Yeah haha i didnt try to put my foot down really. i like landed and all my speed transfered straight into the ground and my foot took a mean injury from being on my pedal haha i did land it in my mind haha

a 13stair and a short roof drop
i 360d an 8stair, one time

I've jumped off a one story roof
But I'd say the biggest drop I've done was a dirt step down I built last year it was a 16 foot gap in length and 10 foot drop on this huge steep hill at my buddy's place that was scary hitting that the first time I gotta to rebuild that soon and put a bit trick jump at the bottom of the hill

i have a big problem landing back wheel first i did a 5 set landed flat and almost died in glass and rocks ankles hurt it was bad and i thought it was a good idea to do a 7set to grass well i nailed that but it still hurt i wouldnt label myself as a big drop person lol

Uh, I dropped a 6 stair a long time ago, and a gap that was maybe 5-6 feet tall and about the same long. Both those went without a hitch. Worst injury? pedal bite from shadow ravager's with homemade pins. I have a pretty gnar scar on my shin.
