I bought 20.5" and I am about 5'4" or 5'5". Not too sure, haven't measured myself. Hey, I may be moving up there once I turn 18 or so, which is in a year and a half. Either there or Huntington Beach, Most perfect places in the world, aside from San Diego and Barcelona.
