I'm wondering if the S&M Speedwagon would be a nice bike to ride trails on. If not, I'm thinking of customly getting a Carver titanium bike built for me.

Are you getting it used or planning on racing? Just wondering why you're not going towards a freestyle. It's chromoly so you have that going, but a more trails/freestyle specific bike is going to nr built burlier to take more abuse and be stronger. If you have the money for a custom titanium bike, you have the money for something more suitable on trails.

If you already have one and wanted to ride trails - yes.
If you are going to buy it because you race and also want to ride trails - yes.
If you are going to buy it specifically as a trail build - no.
As I said before, get a S&M Credence or similar frame for a trail specific bike.
Happy riding!

I use a racing bike for freestyle, can't afford a new freestyle yet, but it is much more responsive than all of the freestyle bikes I've ever ridden.
