Well my bike came with red rims which I didn't like so I decided to grab a sharpie and go mental with it. Eventually messed up enough to make the desicion to just make the whole rim black. Then I didn't like one black one red so I did the other. I'm quite happy with it tbh.Photo

Looks good until you hit the brakes and it rubs off, OR makes your braking terrible.

Personally I would have gotten a red stem and red sprocket to match it all up.

Didn't really expect it to stay too long and my brakes barely work anyway. They're set up like shit.

Oh wow. That's not going to last long at all. It might look ok for now, but they will look bad soon. Spray paint would work a little better. Good luck. I'm interested to see how long it lasts. I have a feeling as soon as they get wet...

The black looks good. Just make it permanent.

Then learn to fix them.

It looks pretty good but won't last long. I suggest getting some painters tape and a can of black paint. Tape the spokes off and spray paint the wheels.

Hahaha, this is pretty sick! Likely won't last long, but it's cool for now.

Black pedals and black seat would offset the rims a little better once they return to red. Otherwise it's a pretty good looking bike.

Would I need to raw the wheels or anything or could I just spray on?
