I got my aitkens today and i don't want to be a dummy and get flats alot. Does duct taping the inside of the tire a good way to prevent a bit of this? I can't seem to get the ducttape to stick to the inner part though sad

Aitkens are woven with angel pubes, then the rubber is molded around them. You won't get flats.

Line a new tire with a cut old tire... make sure edges are smooth. Over a year with no flat.
