Some guy wants to trade tires, i have old Shadow Undertone tires 2.10 and he has Fit FAF-k 1.95 tires. Should i do it?

If the condition is about equal. Faf's are nice in 2.25 with the "agressive" tread but the "street" tread tends to wear down really fast
