Yo so i learned this at stanford. If your feet are sore from riding or whatever put a tennis ball under the arch of your foot and roll it around for a few minutes, it feels great. (Bare footed p.s.)
Also use a rolling pinon your thighs if those ache
And remember to stretch after a long day of riding
