Their bikes used to go RN1, RN2, RN3, SU1, SU2, SU3. But now there's the KLs. Where do they fit in? And which is better, the SU3 or the KL40 Pro?

The KL bikes have geometry designed more for trails. The KL stands for Kye & Leo who are trail riders on United's pro team.

They seem to be a wider range, and I would guess for Kye and Leo Forte (KL, get it?). Kinda like how fit has the Inman 1, 2, 3 and Signature.
Different levels/price points of a similar setup, so even broke kids can have a solid looking bike.

The KL line is a trail oriented bike line designed for dirt and park riding, IE stamping Kye and Leo's name on it. The geo. is made for dirt with a mellower headtube and longer CS and comes with more dirt tires and brakes. The signature model is top of the line, to die for !
