I just got a 21" btm and it came with a 19mm bb so I'm deciding on getting the profile GDH spline drive cranks with a 25t tree spline drive sprocket. Do you guys think I should do that? have any of you tried spline drives, it looks like the splines might strip from too much pedal pressure. Btw what does GDH stand for? always wondered.

I have spline drive and love it. Tree makes good sprockets so I'd def go for it. GDH = Gun Drilled Hollow

You're okay with spline drive sprockets, but you're sketched out by splines stripping on the cranks. Sorry, I'm not a psychiatrist.

They won't strip, I'm running a 28t Tree with Bossless Profile GDH.

you will have no issue with splines stripping i've been running my spline drive tree sprocket on my stolen teams for about two years now. not a single issue.

Most of them are. You can get 8 spline for like 50-60 bucks and cheapest 48 spline is around 100 usually. Are you bad at math? lol and some go over 200.
