How much time to you guys devote to searching out new spots to ride? To me it's one of the best parts about riding, coming up on something fresh that gets you stoked is such an awesome feeling. I know that personally, when I'm out and about, even if I don't have my bike, I'm always looking around and trying to spot something that may be worth coming back to.

What about you guys?

I wish i lived in a bigger area. haha If im in a car i just look around at all the shit i could ride. I can spot spots on the dot. haha I love going to other towns and finding all sorts of spots and shredding them. Man i miss summer... haha i could do this all the time, during the school year im lucky to have a few hours of sunlight and energy to ride hard and go somewhere.

I love going out in the car looking for spots, I was checking out some local industrial estates the other night and security called the police and told them some guy was acting suspicious, which when I think about it, must of looked pretty sketchy with me driving round slowly & going round the back of all the factories.

Came up with some good new grind spots actually, the gypsys have been about lately so alot of the companies have lined up huge, smooth as fuck concrete barriers blocking entrance to the car parks, they're completely untouched by any riders pegs or wax...sweet.

Freestyle is the answer to everything --
a fresh way to approach a dull or a
dangerous thing.
to do a dull thing with style
is preferable to doing a dangerous thing
without it.

lol reminds me of mike mastroni. he was at a playground that had a bunch of kids at some camp. he was just lookin at a possible stunt he could pull on the playground, and some lady called the cops on him for looking suspicious LOL

I've explored everything around me for miles. There's nothing better than being in a new area and rollin around with homies for hours, just scoping shit out. 'Oh the places you'll go'.. one of the best parts of riding.

Unless I'm riding with my kids, I'm out looking. There's really not much I've found so far. The one set of stairs that would resemble something ridable I've seen is at the new high school, and they welded all the tubing for the hand rails unevenly so it will stop any pegs sliding down, ad they have a weird curve so they just aren't easily ridable. But, I am still hopeful. There are plenty of unexplored streets, and I saw at least a couple kids around here that had freestyle bikes, not just Hypers or whatever.
