How do I stop my cranks squeaking every time I crank? It's a lot worse when I start to pedal and the left cranks is worse than the right one.
Do I just need to grease the shit out of it?

And lube your chain. Also make sure it is not your pedals, so grease those threads, and make sure the bearings are good to go.
Really just lube everything that needs it.

it can't be my chain because I oiled it the other day and when I rub it black shit is all over it.
I just took a look at your bike check, you still running those 8 spline cranks with the pinch bolts?
If so, there's your problem. Take the arms off, clean the splines on both the spindle and arms, put some grease on the spindle splines and slide the arms back on, then tighten everything up properly.
This should stop it.

yeah i grease up the 8 spline cranks and greased my pedals and my spindle.
what do you mean by tighten them up properly? I just tighten the small bolt in the crank are then the big one on the side.

Do it the other way around. Do the big one on the side (spindle bolt) to adjust BB tension and make sure the arms are all the way on, THEN do the small bolts (aka PINCH bolts) that squeeze the arm on the spindle.

You tighten the big bolt first then the pinch bolts, just like tightening your compression cap and stem bolts.
