I wish I could put a half link in my chain. If they make one, I haven't found any.

710sl kinda looks like a halflink.
Most people ask if it is a halflink.

I like regular chains with a halflink for easy adjusting. Halflink chains LOOK way better and can slam wheels but I don't need too much slammed as long as I can run a tight chain already on my regular chain. Plus, halflink chains aren't as strong and stretch way easier.

I think he has a Wipperman and I'm not sure if any will fit that.

As for what I prefer, full link with a half link to dial it in. Strong & minimal stretching

Would both fit on a KMC Z 410 chain you think?

i ride a 710k with 10 shadow halflinks and its awesome

I like both. The only thing about half links is that when they're a little loose that sag down a bit more. Which is a pain in the ass when you ride 23-8 becuase the chain is so close to the CS. I miss 28/9 sad

Full chain made up of half links is stupid. From a design stand point they are more likely to stretch due to every link having a bend in the link. They look like utter crap also. They are an entire chain made up of weak links

Get a full link chain and install a single half link or buy a odyssey bluebird with the pre installed half link.

full link. stronger... the only drawback is if you ride an 8 tooth hub, you gotta have a half link chain

i ride 25/0 and if it gets a little loose i do a trick and it smacks my frame. it's so annoying.

I have always had regular chains and never had a problem apart from not being able to get a slammed wheel which I guess ain't that much of a problem and when you run half links you can bust any link with a chain tool I guess personally I don't mind I run a YBN Mk918 Kool chain and its amazing to the point I haven't oiled or greased it for 6 months and it still runs amazing and I grind on the pins and plates a lot aha
