Im moving from a 9" standover to Hopefully a 10" standover.
Does it make it harder to do anything or easier to go OTB or what changes does it make? Im pretty clueless about Geo.

Stand over height is something that really doesnt effect the over all geo of your bike. Its just looks really, it puts your seat higher too i guess. It does play a small factor if you have say a 69 degree seat tube angle it will obviously as the seat is higher push it back a little farther but its nothing to really worry about.

Is 10" a huge standover? lol i can only find like 9" max. Other than the season galaxy.

10" Is MAHUSSIVE, however my mate has a custom solid with a 9.5" Stand over height & although it sucks for my Street/Flatland style step over tricks, hes more grind the shit out of everything & has his seat up a little bit it works great for him & he can sit down & pedal no problems!

It may affect turndowns/lookbacks, but that's about it. Any particular reason why you want to go 10 anyway?

It has the exact geo i want other than the standover & it is the size i want. Im buying it semi-used so i have limited choices.

I ride park haha will it get in the way? I really dont do cans or anything or whips i just Grind & jump box jumps & spine stuff.

I dont think it will tbh. Unless you do tailwhips & have problems with getting your feet over the top tube then you might have issues.

This, I have a 9" stand over and it's fine for me, 1" shouldn't be that big of a deal especially since you don't do anything you would need fame clearance for, also I've heard that the bigger triangle makes the frame stronger too

Its not that big of a deal if you can do something on a 9 you can do it on a 10. The standover isnt that high really, if you can whip a 9" youll find a way to lift your foot that extra inch ahaha
