I wanted Thunderbolts, but I'm considering cheaper cranks so I can get much more parts/clothes I need
I heard about S.I.C. cranks, they like to come loose pretty fast, is that true?
I'm not grinding and shit, so maybe I shouldn't pay 700 PLN for Thunderbolts, if I can get these cranks for 255 PLN, these are cheapest cranks at my LBS
what about internal clamp, is it any good? someone please help me make up my mind

I sold a few pair at the shop i worked at, i never saw any issues. They cannot compare to Thunderbolts still.

Downfalls of the S.I.C. Cranks is no spline drive sprockets, still has a pitch bolt style thing.

Upsides of them is the price and they are full chromo.

i know a few people with them and they've never had any problems. They're definitely no where near as good as Thunderbolts, but they're decent for the price. I've started to see Stolen Teams for very cheap prices on some websites recently, and they're very good cranks.

Too bad you didn't have a chance for Danscomp, they had (gone now) thunderbolts for 100 USD the other day.
