I'm after some new pegs, the ones I'm currently riding are getting worn down, and I want some plastic pegs. I'm looking at getting the stranger Zia pegs, anyone have any experience with them?

Don't support a company that fucks around with riders paycheques . Riche is just in it for the money , or it seems .

If you want lasting ones, the steel is real.

Pegs are pegs. They are all the same pretty much. Stranger really don't pay their riders, so I wouldn't support them. Although I do have a stranger frame I'm in the process of building lol. Got it real cheap, and that's the only reason.

I currently run cult butter pegs but when I get the money I will probably switch to metal

grinding with plastic pegs is like fucking a sex doll with a condom on.

Also you know stranger parts are somehow (somehow because I assumed all parts from overseas were pretty much the same since they're made in the same factories with the same materials) shitty because some vloggers that run their parts have repeated problems with their bikes despite having new shit put together correctly. Yes I am admitting to watching that garbage.

And also for the record the conspiracy to make plastic pegs the norm when they are honestly unacceptable is an interesting social experiment in the creation of trends and fads driven by hipness and the best idea bmx ever had money wise for the companies. They created a reason out of thin air (metal pegs have never held back bmx in a meaningful way; yes plastic pegs have led to new pointless combos that people never thought to do before because they weren't going slow enough for such a silly idea to even take root) for people to spend an extra 100 bucks a year buying sleeves. Can't blame them and thanks in large part to the image of cool kid posterboy Bbegin doing all the greasy street maneuvers with them and the cred of a handful of aging but still rad legends going to plastic (all of which have major sponsors/ are probably at the highest point of their success income-from-bmx-wise, the plastic peg takeover was more successful and unopposed than anyone imagined it would be.

account here is less about my and more about bike

If you go from metal to plastic, you will never have to use wax again lol.
