I have been doing BMX flatland for 2 years now, and my bike is not so much made for flatland, I got the steamroller and the fire hydrant down solid and it took so much time and practice though, i have friends who bmx with me who mostly do street bmx, I know bmx street is 100 times easier and less time consuming then flatland, I know that flatland is not that popular in the world of bmx and the majority is street. I'm getting a new bmx bike soon, One that is a real one, around 400 bucks or something. but should i go for street or flatland?

Which one is better? explain how please.!

Is there a real difference between flatland bikes and freestyle other than the frame and bars? You could always just run a flatland setup on a regular frame and then you could do everything.

the frames have diffent angles and everything and the bars and frame are built to stay out of the way.

Thats what I thought and I forgot I think the forks usually have a really steep offset.

Park/street frames have short rear ends + steep headtubes with low to mid seatube heights

Flatland frames have short rear ends + steep headtubes with really low to sometimes mid seatube heights

You must not have seen the video I told you about early because you don't NEED the weird frame shape to "stay out of the way"

They absolutely do! the fork i have on my bike is a street fork, i can't do hang fives because of it, and flatland forks go straight down like in this picture

Yup, that's exactly why garret reynolds, chad kerley, connor lodes, shawn macintosh, caleb quanbec, corey martinez, trey jones, dave krone, stevie churchill, matt long and much much more can't hang five or nose manual

Because they don't have zero offset forks, they have 30mm+ offset forks

Roqfan im at the limit where everytime, i attempt a whiplash i fail! i cant even kick the back end around because of the way my fork is but heres a picture of my bike! i got it a few years back when i was 14 and i ended up buying it from walmart because i liked the way it look but here it is, by the way it looks nothing like this nomore! i removed all stickers and replaced the handlebars with some flatland bars i got off an old bike! and i also! replaced the seat with one i bought from a friend!

Go for a bike that feels right and ride any style you like. Sure some shit will be labeled for this and that, but you can make do with what you've got if you try hard enough.
