Stripped nipples

Hey my front rim is done and I want to change rim and keep spokes but my nipples are stripped so how do I get the nipples off while keeping spokes

Post a pic and ill tell you the ghetto situation 100% accuracy. for a 60% analysis id say take something similar to vice grips. Like with the teeth on it and stuff and just grip it and loosen them. it isnt hard. Just not a vice grip, but with the jaws of it not curved. i had to do that before on a friends wheel.

yea hit that thing up with a vice grip or maybe even something like pliers

Are all of them like that? if not, just loosen all the other spokes and that will relieve stress on those spokes and you'll be able to probably just use your hand to loosen them. You'll need new nipples though

well you could always just loosen them from the inside of the rim!

i do it too.. but worse case scenario vise grip them shits until they are spun enough to get to the back side (inside the rim) where you can use a screw driver.
