The other day I used a 6mm allen key on my 1/4" bolt by accident and stripped the head to the point where it is rounded. How can I get it out? I've cut halfway through the bolt with a hack saw but its not going further. I've also tried drilling it out but I broke 2 bits. Anybody have some tips/ways to get it out?

I wasn't going to keep this stem, somehpw it had gotten warped so I didn't use a mallet, plus I don't own one..... but I was using a piec of wood, but it only absorbed the blows from the hammer. I'm gonna get a sunday freeze soon.
